Join Blossom and Balance Yoga for a Christmas Pajama Yoga class. This Family Yoga class will take place at Treehouse PT/Wheeler OT. We will learn about our breath, practice mindfulness, hold yoga poses, play yoga games and relax. It’s perfect for starting your Christmas break and helping your child regulate during the holiday craziness. This class is best suited for ages 3-7 years old.
