Founded and run by a licensed therapist and registered yoga teacher, we blend together traditional yoga with play-based practices to nurture both body and mind for curious toddlers to tired and busy adults. Our mission is to help families cultivate calm, connection and confidence through movement, mindfulness, and community for their children and themselves.
